At Arena Supplies we utilize the drop shipping service available from our manufacturers and suppliers of the quality products on our site, therefore, our Policies are designed based on the manufacturer's policies.

Freight/Ground Shipping

  • FOB Chino, CA: All freight/ground shipments are FOB Chino, California. Responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier picks up the order.
  • Accurate Contact Information: Ensure a valid email address and phone number are provided at checkout. Freight carriers will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
  • Freight Transit Times: Transit times represent hub-to-hub movement only and do not include final delivery scheduling.
  • Delivery Appointment: Customers will be contacted within 48–72 hours of the shipment arriving at the carrier hub.
  • Scheduling & Delays: Shipments may be delayed or returned if the carrier cannot reach you. Arena Supplies is not responsible for missed communications.
  • Returned & Refused Deliveries: Shipments returned due to lack of communication are subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees. Refused deliveries incur restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs.
  • Remote Deliveries: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer and require special handling.
  • Damage or Loss Claims: While we are not liable for lost or damaged items once shipped, we will assist with carrier claims if reported within 48 hours and supported with clear photos of the items and packaging.
  • Force Majeure: Arena Supplies is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation interruptions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders for standard products can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled and refunded.
  • Expedited Orders: Expedited orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

    Process for Cancellations

    1. Submit a Request: Contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order, with the order number and cancellation reason.
    2. Review: Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
    3. Approval and Refund: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Policy

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Fees and Charges

  • Standard Products: Full refunds (minus transaction fees) are available for cancellations done within 24 hours of the order.
  • Restocking Fee: Canceled shipped orders are subject to a 10–20% restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
